Fees cover professional services such as evaluation, care coordination and support, together with any laboratory testing or medication you separately purchase where prescribed.

Payment for a service does not guarantee that medication will be prescribed or dispensed. A licensed medical professional decides what, if anything, is clinically appropriate.

NRG Clinic does not charge a membership fee and does not require a long-term contract to receive care.

Current pricing for consultations, testing and treatment is confirmed by our patient support team before you commit. Prices are not published on this website and may change.

Accepted payment methods are confirmed at checkout. HSA and FSA cards may be accepted for eligible services where your plan administrator permits it; eligibility rules are set by your plan.

Where treatment is prescribed, medication is shipped from the dispensing pharmacy in plain, unbranded packaging. Delivery timing and any shipping charges depend on the pharmacy and your location, and are confirmed with your order.

Prescription medication generally cannot be returned once dispensed, for safety reasons. Cancellation and refund eligibility for professional services is confirmed by patient support.
